2. Graduate Candidate English Name Change (New Entry) Application (those whose first major or dual degree is Business Administration only; double majors should contact their corresponding department office)
- How to Check: http://portal.korea.ac.kr > Registration&Graduation > University Registration > University Registration Inquiries
- How to Apply: Send an email with your student ID number, Korean name, and English name to avecgemma@korea.ac.kr
- Deadline: By August 14 (Mon)
- Notes: If you do not enter your English name, your English diploma will not be issued (even if you enter it after graduation, issuance will not be available).
- Your English name will be printed on your diploma as it appears on KUPID (double check uppercase and lowercase letters, spelling, and space).
3. The graduation date is August 25th, and the commencement ceremony will be held in February 2018 (including graduates of August 2017). Notice regarding commencement ceremony will be announced in February 2018.
4. The graduates can receive their diploma starting August 25th. Time and venue will be announced later. A graduation certificate can be issued at One-stop Center after the 25th of August.
