2026년 8월 졸업생 학위기 수령과 관련하여 아래와 같이 안내드립니다.

[학위수여식 및 학위기 수령]

학위수여식은 매년 2월에만 진행되며, 2026년 8월 졸업생은 2027년 2월 학위수여식에 참석하게 됩니다.

경영학과 1전공 및 복수전공자는 경영대학 학위수여식 참석 대상입니다.

[학위기 수령]

2026년 8월 25일부터 경영본관 1층 행정팀에서 수령 가능합니다.  (업무시간 : 9-12시 / 13-17시)

• 본인 수령 시: 취업현황조사 작성  /   신분증 지참 /   취업현황조사: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/GdFYQb7SU1 (필수)  

           - 취업현황조사 완료 화면을 캡처하여 학위기 수령 시 제시하면 바로 수령 가능

• 대리 수령 시: 졸업자 신분증 사본 /   대리인 신분증 /   위임장 지참 : 양식: https://lrl.kr/blzK (필수)

[졸업 관련 증명서 발급]

졸업증명서 등 각종 증명서는 8월 25일부터 온라인으로 발급 가능합니다. (수료생 증명은 9월 1일 이후부터 가능할 예정임)
*24일(월)부터 순차적으로 졸업 처리 진행 예정이므로 졸업하는 학생은 재학증명서 발급이 불가할 수 있으니 참고 부탁드립니다.

Notice on Diploma Distribution for August 2026 Graduates

The commencement ceremony is held once a year in February. August 2026 graduates will participate in the February 2027 Ceremony.

Students whose first major or dual degree is Business are required to attend the KUBS commencement ceremony

1. Diploma Distribution

   • Available from August 25, 2026 at the KUBS Administration Office (1st floor, KUBS Main Building /  Business hours: 9am-12pm & 1pm-5pm)

   • Self-collection: Employment Status Survey /   ID card /   Employment Status Survey: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/GdFYQb7SU1 (Required)

   • Proxy collection: Copy of the graduate’s ID card /   Proxy’s ID card /    Power of Attorney Form : https://lrl.kr/blzK (Required)

2. Graduation Certificates

   • Graduation-related certificates (e.g., Certificate of Graduation) will also be available online starting from August 25, 2026.
