Completion Ceremony Held for the 85th KUBS Advanced Management Program (AMP)

On August 13th, Korea University Graduate School of Business had a completion ceremony for the 85th Advanced Management Program (AMP) at SUPEX Hall, LG-POSCO Building. A total of 62 completed candidates attended the ceremony. Dean Soo Young Kwon, Associate Dean Kyung Sam Park, President of AMP Alumni Association Young-Sik Kim, Program Director Sang Yong Kim, Associate Program Director Seung Yeon Oh also participated in the ceremony to congratulate the candidates.
 

Dean Kwon said “We have 17 awardees who receive the Perfect Attendance Award today, which is the highest record so far. It must have been hard for you to come to every class especially given the weather condition. Congratulations to you all.” Dean Kwon continued, “Please give a round of applause to Associate Dean Kyung Sam Park, Program Director Sang Yong Kim, Associate Program Director Seung Yeon Oh, President of AMP Alumni Association Young-Sik Kim, who were always willing to support you.”
 
 
President of AMP Alumni Association Young-Sik Kim had his congratulatory speech, where he said “All your hard work has made its reputation as the best and strongest AMP. I hope the network we built during the program will last for another 10 or 20 years. Give each other the benefit of the doubt; I think it is important in maintaining relationships.”
 
President of the 85th AMP Association, Young-Bong Song, replied that “I would like to thank the seniors at the Alumni Association who gave encouraged and gave advice to us. During the program, I was impressed by the strong network AMP has. Also, on behalf of all AMP candidates, I would like to thank the family and loved ones to support us during the program.”
 
Korea University Business School’s Advanced Management Program was established in 1975. It is the first AMP in Korea, which has 4,605 cumulative number of completed candidates as of August 2018.
