We’re extending a special invitation on behalf of our partner, the Global Peter Drucker Forum, to participate in the 14th edition of their Drucker Challenge Essay Contest. We invite students and young professionals aged 18-35 around the globe to submit an essay on this year’s theme: Bouncing back. Emerging stronger after setbacks.
What is the Peter Ducker Challenge?
The Peter Drucker Challenge is an essay contest that aims to engage students and young professionals in addressing the opportunities and challenges of our time in the light of Peter Drucker’s human-centered management philosophy. The contest is designed to complement and enrich the multi-generational exchange of views and ideas at the Global Peter Drucker Forum, the 15th edition of which will take place as an in-person event on November 30 and December 1, 2023, in Vienna, Austria.
What we would like to hear from you:
How are organizations or people you know well building their resilience muscle? Are there generational or cultural differences you perceive in abilities to bounce back? You might also consider sharing your personal story.

What are the prizes for 2023 winners?
The finalists will be invited to Vienna for this year’s Global Peter Drucker Forum. Plus: We will award a one-year complimentary all-access HBR subscription for the 2023 winners.

You’re invited to participate in a Drucker Challenge community event via Zoom. Register now for the free digital info session on Thursday, April 27, at 11:00 am EDT/16:00 CET, with a keynote and Q&A session by Behnam Tabrizi, Consulting professor, Stanford University, Department of Management Science.
