The KUBS Career Development Center is conducting a Path Finder (1:1 Career Counseling and Coaching) program for students to learn about their careers and personal strengths.   1. Objective: Finding a career path that suits one through job preference examinations (career counseling and coaching will be held after the tests) 2. Eligibility: KUBS undergraduate students (freshmen to seniors) and graduate students from the Business Analytics program(MSBA) 3. Examination method - Holland Career Aptitude Test (online test, takes about 20 minutes): A test that measures individual interests and suggests suitable careers, positions, and fields of work     6 types(Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional) of classification for better suggestions in future career/major selection - Gallup Strengths Assessment (online test, takes about 40 minutes): A test that shows unique and differentiated strengths of an individual   Through the 5 key strengths, one can discover how they can succeed in a particular career field 4. Career counseling with the test results - Based on the results of Holland Career Aptitude Test and the Gallup Strengths Assessment, counseling with an expert will be provided at the Career Counseling Room(Room B316, Hyundai Motor Hall) (takes around 1 hour, a schedule will be given to the participants). 5. Additional career coaching (those who apply will be informed in the future) - After the career counseling, the applicants can have 3 career coaching sessions from career coaching professionals. 6. Career counseling and coaching period: (Counseling) May to June / (Coaching) June to August 7. Eligibility 1) The student majoring in Business Administration who has completed more than four semesters by the 2021 summer session (including students double majoring in Business Administration, or Business Administration majors from the School of Interdisciplinary Studies) 2) Students who will participate in an internship for a minimum of 20 days (excluding legal holidays, voting days and weekends) during 2021 summer session 3) Internships in periods other than 2021 summer session are not eligible for credit approval. 4) Students from other majors cannot apply. 5) In case of the regular semester, prospective graduate student can apply. / For summer/winter sessions, prospective graduate students may not apply. 6) Foreign students must additionally submit a Confirmation of Employment issued by the Global Service Center. ★ International students must submit a Confirmation of Employment which will be (was) submitted to the immigration office (Only full-time work, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week is acceptable). ★ Credit approval is denied when issues regarding wage, visa etc. arise after the internship ★ Credit approval is denied when issues regarding wage, visa etc. arise after the internship 7)Part time internship is not eligible for applying for credit approval. 8) Permanent positions or internships transitioning to permanent positions are not eligible.   2.            Credit approval for 2020 2nd Semester Domestic Internship   1. Qualification of application  1) The student in business administration who has completed more than four semesters. (by the 2020 Fall semester) - a double majoring in Business Administration - a student from the School of Interdisciplinary Studies who are majoring in Business Administration.  2) A student who will participate in a fixed or scheduled internship of at least four weeks during the Fall semester of 2020. 3) Unable to get credits for any other period. Only the period from Fall Semester is acceptable as credits. 4) Unable to apply for students belonging to other departments. 5) The regular semester: Prospective graduate CAN apply. The summer/winter semester: Prospective graduate candidate CANNOT apply.  6) International students can apply for this course only if they are unpaid interns. ★ In case of a paid intern, you must visit the immigration office to check visa issues.
