1. Qualification
- Recently graduated / final year undergraduate or master student
- With no professional work experience post qualification (excluding internships, apprenticeships, short-term attachments)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from all degree disciplines
- GPA 3.3/4.0 or above
- Fluency in English
2. Main Duties and Responsibilities
Long-term profitable relationships lie at the heart of BNP Paribas CIB's success. Coverage serves as a relationship manager for all our major multi-product, high potential clients. The team is responsible for having full knowledge of clients, originating deals and mobilizing the appropriate product specialists.
Working closely with other areas of the bank, Coverage seeks to maximize the value of each client relationship by understanding their business goals and needs and identifying opportunities for cross selling from BNP Paribas' extensive offering.
It is expected that the graduate will acquire knowledge/understanding of MNCs and develop the overall skills set required to successfully contribute to the business. Responsibilities will be to assist Relationship Managers in:
- Preparing annual / new credit approval process working with Pilot's associate / credit team, credit analyst
- Working with credit analyst/risk management on credit approval and monitoring process; and
- Check and follow up credit covenants (security, credit decision etc.)
- Conducting company analysis and industry research of assigned clients;
- Preparing internal memorandums/presentations on various topics ranging from business plan, risk management, marketing plans/activities and etc.
- Collaborating with various Business Lines for deal origination as well as execution of mandated transactions;
- Providing customer service to assigned clients
- Conduct weekly or monthly business analysis and prepare the dashboard
- Supports KYC process

4. Specific Qualifications Required

- Understanding corporate banking flow working with various internal stakeholders (credit team / risk team / product team / client management / operation team etc.)
