THE JOB BRIEF

1. Under the guidance of team manager, assist in planning and organizing activities within own area of responsibility to ensure timely, effective and efficient process execution through the proper supervision of staff as well as the strict implementation of project instructions and standards.

2. Plan and organize field projects in relation to schedule, allocating quota and research materials.

3. Responsible for recruitment / briefing / debriefing / training of data collection associates.

4. Responsible for field supervision and monitor progress and quality of work to achieve productivity targets.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. College Graduate

2. 1~3 years Data Collection related experience supervisory skills preferred
