Position: Intern
Period: 3 months (can be extended) starting ASAP
Employment Type: Full time
Responsibilities: MacCap is looking for Intern. As a member in MacCap, you will play an active role in all phases of merger and acquisition (M&A), including performing financial analysis and modelling, preparing offering memoranda and other investment materials, delivering presentations, and developing relationships with clients.
Skills / Qualifications:
A college undergraduate with…
- Basic working knowledge in accounting and corporate finance
- English proficiency in both speaking and writing
- Proficiency in MS office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to work long hours and manage workload efficiently
- High motivation and eagerness for investment banking career
