- About HRLP:

HRLP is a 2 year program started last year to train global talents in HR. Through this rotational program, the trainee will work in 3 different offices experiencing many different functions in HR. This will ensure a fast career track as HR professionals after graduation.

- Essential Responsibilities:
  - Provide advice and counsel to General Managers/Asia functional leaders and
    members of their organizations, Asia-wide to develop & implement HR initiatives
    to drive HR excellence
  - Take the lead on growing expertise through initiatives underway to hire, develop
    and retain employees
  - Lead key HR processes for these groups including recruiting & staffing,
    organization design, EMS & Session C, leadership & employee development,
    compensation planning, leadership coaching, and performance management
  - Lead and initiate new and innovative global HR practices to create a strong culture
    of leaders and high performaing teams. Drive HR process improvement,
    simplification, and a culture of performance & engagement


- Requirements:
  - 5 years+ work experiences (including 3 yrs+ in HR function)
    (in the attached job description, it says 7-8 yrs, candidates with 5yrs can apply)
  - MBA or Master's Degree with a focus/emphasis in Business administration, HR
    and Industrial relations or other HR related disciplines
  - Communication skill in both Korean and English
