WE’LL INVEST IN YOUR FUTURE
Join the International Professionals Programme (IPP) and make a real difference in your career.
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) invests in projects that transform economies and change lives. We’re active in more than 30 countries and our operations span a range of industries from agribusiness to infrastructure, transport, property and tourism. The work we do goes far beyond that of the typical international bank – and our postgraduate programme is every bit as unique.
The IPP is a focused and intensive 24-month programme which gives bilingual English speakers with a Master’s-level qualification and exceptional business acumen the potential to build a successful career within the Bank and explore challenging and fascinating work opportunities with the EBRD.
Our intensive 24-month International Professionals Programme (IPP) will see you rotate positions through two placements in our London Headquarters, plus an international assignment in one of our resident offices, which helps you build your business knowledge and skills in a remarkable environment.
The learning curve is steep, the ground covered is broad and our aspirations for you are high. So expect to be pushed far outside your comfort zone – culturally, geographically and intellectually.
If you share our spirit of adventure and are ready to discover and learn from a diverse range of cultures and people, we’re ready to invest in you.
In addition to raw talent and a sense of adventure, we also look for the following:
• a Master’s degree or equivalent in a business-related field
• between 1-2years’ relevant work experience (this may include internships)
• fluency in written and spoken English
• you must be a national of one of our shareholder countries http://www.ebrd.com/shareholders-and-board-of-governors.html
• an eagerness to work in any of our countries of operations http://www.ebrd.com/where-we-are.html
• a commitment to helping promote open markets and sustainable economic growth across the the EBRD's region of operations.
The closing date for applications for the IPP is 27 February 2017, and successful candidates will join the EBRD in September 2017. Find out more about the Programme and apply at:
