Treasury Services
J.P. Morgan Treasury Services (TS) is one of the world's largest providers of treasury management services. J.P. Morgan's TS business is a full-service provider of innovative cash management, trade, liquidity, and escrow services - specifically developed to meet the challenges treasury professionals face today. More than 135,000 corporations, financial institutions, governments and municipalities in over 180 countries and territories entrust their business to J.P. Morgan.
Position Summary
Korea FI sales plays a critical role in defendingKorea FI's market leadership position in USD cash business as well as growing Korea FI portfolio, by executing FI sales strategy and building strong deal pipelines.
Key Accountabilities/Major Responsibilities:
Own and deliver against TS FI & NBFI Cash Management targets for Korea
Build and maintain relationship with Regional Sales Head ensuring global and regional sales and client account plans are locally executed
Ensure core disciplines around pipeline management, including proactive management of conversion cycles and revenue ramp up, conducting weekly sales meetings, local deal reviews, pipeline analysis and reporting
Build and maintain relationships with key partners in other lines of business such as, Investor Services, Global Corporate Bank and Investment Bank (IB) to generate leads and maximize cross-sell of TS products and bundled solutions
Conduct regular cross functional reviews with peers in Client Service and Operations (locally and regionally) to ensure coordinated management of client relationships
Promote the TS business in the broader marketplace including press interviews and managing client events such as coordination of regular Economic Forums in Korea
Ensure strong Sales Risk Management compliance (KYC, Reputational Risk) and adherence to client relevant Audit, Credit, Compliance and Risk policies
Participate in regular TS Management Meetings and Talent Reviews
Qualifications
General Knowledge and Experience Required:
Previous experience managing a sales team in a complex matrix organization
Detailed knowledge of cash management services and products including USD & Euro clearing, liquidity management
Sound working knowledge of credit related products including trade finance and FX products
Strong contacts & relationship with Korea Financial Institutions
Minimum of 10 years experience in new business development and/or relationship management at a senior level
Competencies:
Proven Sales Management track record
People and business management skills
Client advocacy and relationship building experience
Strong communication skills in both English and Korean
Strategic, decisive and can execute
