BASIC QUALIFICATION - Bachelor’s degree and above
- Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Must satisfy all eligibility requirements for Korean E-7 visa (working visa)
JOB DESCRIPTION [Overseas Business Department]
- Develop global strategies via overseas market analysis and according to the company objectives
- Research and discover potential business areas, products and/or partners
- Manage operational status of overseas entities and global committees
(finance, risk, HR, brand)
- Support overseas entities (9 countries total) through business planning, budgeting
and internal/external reporting
- Facilitate the development of global policies and practices across global network
 
[Human Resources Department]
- Global HR management & development
- Assist recruitment of global talents from around the world and provide on-going
support
- Support HR related issues of overseas entitles
- Support the selection of global exchange program participants and provide on-going
support
- Improve HR policy/regulation in Overseas entitles
 
[Corporate Culture Team (Corporate Service Department)]
- Support corporate culture management of overseas entities
: Planning and management/operation of culture programs
- Spread corporate core values in overseas entities
: Global implementation of corporate culture : strategies, communication
- Assist corporate culture change project across overseas entities
 
[Audit]
- Role within Global Audit-Security Headquarters
: Support overseas entities’ audit personnel∙organization/regulations∙policies/System, etc.
- To expand our role Global Audit Coverage
: Responsible for Overseas Entities Relationship Manager (RM), Global Audit Forum and other audit activities (Conference call) Operations, etc.
- Testing for weaknesses in internal control within the overseas entities and performing audit consulting, etc.
 
[Risk Management Department]
- Develop company risk management plans
- Forecast and control company/product risks
- Develop credit strategies for domestic products & manage portfolio
- Manage domestic and overseas credit evaluation / loss prediction models
- Manage risk status of overseas entities and support projects
 
[Brand & Marketing Department]
- Planning and operation of premium card products
- Service planning & forming corporate alliances
- Establish marketing strategy
- Management of customer & product indices
PREFERENCE - Applicants who are familiar with Korea and countries of our global locations
- Korean language skill
