ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This entry level position offers a comprehensive 12 to 18 month one-on-one training program in DMs Philadelphia corporate headquarters. Upon competition of the program the individual must relocate to sales territory in a US major city as an Account Manager. Training offers hands on exposure to every aspect of our business and covers product knowledge, customer service, company operations, and professional selling skills. Our goal is to have the most knowledgeable sales force in the industry.

This is a creative, consultative, professional sales position geared toward developing new business opportunities and servicing existing business. It entails building long-term relationships, supporting our clients in their endeavors to create new food products, helping them utilize our products effectively, and offering customized solutions. Emphasis is on the development process rather then the quick close.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED:
The ideal candidate has 0-2 years experience, is strongly sales oriented and knows sales is the career path he/she wants to pursue. This person possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, motivation, and determination and is a self starter. Industry knowledge is a plus. This person has an aptitude for both science and business and a desire to learn and think creatively.

Territories are assigned during training based on the needs of the company. The ideal candidate must move to Philadelphia for sales training and then relocate to a sales territory after training is completed. Account Managers are placed in major cities in the United States to begin a long term career in sales.

EDUCATION/ TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE:
Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree.
All candidates must have a valid US drivers license and be a US citizen.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
90% Travel
Ability to sit in a car for up to four hours
Average hours per week: 45
Capable of carrying containers up to 50 lbs.
