Are you ready to jump-start your career?
Spider, a division of SafeWorks LLC, is the largest manufacturer and distributor of powered suspended scaffolding and safety solutions in North America. We are searching for an Operations Trainee to participate in our training program. Its a paid, 12-month program that combines classroom and online learning, on-the-job training, and one-on-one mentoring to develop your core competencies in operations.
During the first 12 months in the program, the Operations Trainee will be given extensive, rotational training in customer service, operations, distribution, and sales. In the first three months, you will be at our corporate headquarters located in Seattle, WA. During that time, you will enhance your skills in organization management, communication, and product knowledge. The remaining 8 months, you will be relocated in one of our 24 metropolitan branches throughout the United States, applying your skills in the field. You will be partnered with a formal mentor and complete essential projects throughout the program.
You are charismatic individual that loves to collaborate within a team. You are a resourceful individual that has the ability to find solutions to our customers needs. Youre not afraid of heights and willing to relocate and learn in different environments. You also have a degree either from an accredited university or have 6 year of equivalent work experience. You also have the ability to lift and carry 50+ up a few flight of stairs.
