Position: Intern (Full time)

Responsibilities: MacCap is looking for an intern. As a member in MacCap, you will play an active role assisting in all phases of merger and acquisition (M&A), including performing financial analysis and modelling, preparing offering memoranda and other investment materials.

Qualifications:

·         Final year student or recent graduate

·         Understanding in basic finance and accounting is a must

·         Excellent English and Korean language skills

·         Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills

·         Attention to detail and good execution skills

·         Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

·         Enjoy hard working and team work

·         Overseas education or experience is a plus
