J.P. Morgan is currently seeking full-time analysts for our Corporate Analyst Development Program (CADP) in Korea.
 
 
As an analyst in CADP, you will work with a team of distinctive professionals in one of the fastest growing regions. Program Overview
 
The Corporate Analyst Development Program (CADP) develops well-rounded future leaders through business-aligned rotations and structured training. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this Program is designed to give a comprehensive view of the firm and the impact you can have on its success.   You’ll experience a range of core disciplines through targeted, managed rotations, which provide incredible exposure to the scale of our work. The learning curve will be steep and you’ll need to immerse yourself in the role, business and firm as quickly as you work. You’ll find a supportive team behind you, encouraging you to succeed in every challenge. 
 
After successfully completing all three rotations, you’ll work with the Program Management team and senior leaders to secure a permanent position within the firm. Examples of post program roles include Project Manager, Program Manager, Business Reporting Analyst, Risk and Control Specialist, Operations Supervisor, and Process Improvement Specialist. Post-program positions may be available in our other locations, based on business need.
  
 
What might you be doing?
 
You’ll be expected to take on the responsibilities of a CADP Analyst from day one. You will experience three- four rotations which are focused on providing a broad range of experiences to ensure balanced development of future leader key skills. Rotations could be into any of the following areas:
 
Core Operations/Production - A rotation in Core Operations/Production will help build your operational knowledge through understanding and managing process workflows. You’ll be involved in transaction processing and settlements, investigations and reconciliation, reporting, documentation, client service and on-boarding.
 
Analytics, Management Information Systems & Business Management - In this discipline, Analysts support the critical metrics and analytics functions that help drive strategic decisions and manage the firms Operations. Your responsibilities might include data analysis and presentation of findings, budgeting and forecasting, capacity management, and business performance management.
 
Project Management & Process Improvement - Projects can vary in scope from developing strategic solutions for key infrastructure initiatives to tactical implementation of new processes. Process Improvement responsibilities are similar to projects in that you’ll tackle existing processes and define ways to improve their efficiency.
 
Operational Risk and Control -  As part of a dynamic regulatory environment, an Operational Risk & Control rotation provides Analysts with exposure to end-to-end operational risk controls, such as identifying risks, risk reporting, control policies, internal audits and the critical role of information security and data privacy.
 
 
Sales support & client services- You would support the Customer Service Managers to deliver quality services to the customers. This could include handling inquiries and transactional services for Customers pertaining to their Account Maintenance, Cash Management, Check, FX and Loan funding transactions. 
 
 
Product- In this function you would help support the creation of new products or enhance existing product capabilities which involves working closely with Client Solutions team, the Technology and Operational groups, and key partners in both Global and Corporate Treasury groups.
 
 
 
Training and Development
 
As an analyst on CADP, you’ll benefit from extensive training and development opportunities to supplement the on-the-job learning gained through the rotations: This will include induction training in a hub Asian city, followed by ongoing leadership and functional training plus key networking opportunities through the duration of the program.
 
 
 
What we are looking for?
 
We look for candidates with a long-term interest in a management / leadership role across a range of functions, primarily within the infrastructure businesses, with the confidence and talent to make impact on business.
 
 
- Degree or masters qualified with solid academic background, with an enthusiasm for financial services industry
- Eagerness to embrace, thrive in and drive change
- Analytical with an aptitude for numbers and an ability to digest large amounts of information and use it to develop innovative solutions
- Good project management and problem solving skills
- A strong team player who communicates well, is proactive, responsive and can thrive in a team environment
- Fluency in Korean and English is essential
- Graduating and available to work in Feb 2015
- Possess valid working permit in Korea
