Ø Job Requirements
(Senior ~Manager) : 정규직
1. Minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development (A Masters Degree or other relevant post-graduate qualification in Business Administration is an added advantage)
2. Broad knowledge in HR strategy, organizational planning, organization development
3. Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
5. At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with previous consulting or in-house HR/ Strategy department
(Full time intern) : 인턴쉽 후 정규직 채용 가능
1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development (A Masters Degree or other relevant post-graduate qualification in Business Administration is an added advantage)
2. Fluent in Korean and English
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team work
4. Excellent computing skills in a Microsoft Office environment. Must include Excel and Powerpoint
5. Passionate about consulting, solid analytical skill and the ability to think creatively
6. Able to work in a high-pressure and demanding environment, work unsupervised
7. Able to build innovative HR strategy and policy with entrepreneurship.
