Clients • To provide project support on assignments by researching, analysing data, drafting reports and attending meetings. • Working with clients to understand their business, culture, organisational structure and business issues. • Support business development and marketing initiatives, undertaking research, attending meetings and drafting proposals. • Building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring expectations are consistently met.
Excellence • Help improve work processes to achieve higher quality and efficiency • Take proactive responsibility for own personal development and growth, by fully utilizing Towers Watson appraisal tools and methodology
Financial • Meet chargeable hours target
People • Work effectively across the team

The Requirements |
- Minimum Bachelors Degree required (Master Degree preferred)
- At least 2 years experience in the HR CONSULTING field or in the HR FUNCTION in a corporate environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel plus other Microsoft Office applications
- Native in Korean and Fluent in English
- Well-organized, proven ability to handle a variety of assignments and meet tight deadlines
- High degree of personal initiative, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal required
