Main responsibilities         

Workforce Administration:

  • Support the regular monitoring of the landing plan (In and Out)
  • Manage end-to-end HR transactions (case management) throughout the employee life cycle
  • Ensure efficient on-boarding of new hires to strive for excellent employee experience
  • Follow up work permit data (with outsourced provider).
  • Ensure accurate position management, quality control of contract production by the HRSSC and sign-off background screening managed by external company.
  • Follow up and manage maternity/paternity/parental, flexible working arrangement, sickness and career break cases.
  • Manage end-to-end support on international mobility cases
  • Work closely with Compliance on process improvement for regulatory requirements not limited to US person declaration, personal account dealing etc.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to employees and managers

 

 

Payroll process

  • Review payroll process in conjunction with payroll vendor, kor-payroll team in India
  • Prepare the regular accounting audit data in conjunction with kr-accounting team in India

 

HR Campaigns and Events

  • Coordinate in transversal recruitment programs such as trainee hiring, Junior hiring etc.
  • Support the management of performance management and employee relations matters with the support of ER
  • Support the Annual Compensation Review, Job Matching/Benchmark Exercise and other ad hoc C&B topics with strong coordination between country HRs, Regional HRBPs and C&B team including but not limited to consolidation and analysis support.
  • Work on annual HR activities including leave management, objective setting and eValuation, promotions and regular rescreening

 

Reportings/Analytics :

  • Define and deliver KPI and dashboards in conjunction with HRSSC
  • Produce regulatory report (ad-hoc basis) in conjunction with HRSSC
  • Coordinate with HR Analytics on any specific reporting needs from the Lines of Business/function, support HR presentations for HRBPs or Heads of Business/Function if needed Ensure exhaustiveness and homogeneity of data produced.
  • Work closely together with reporting team to maintain date integrity in HRIS.
  • Propose and follow-up HRIS enhancement.

 

Others:

  • Monitor service quality of external service provider and HRSSC including background screening, work permits, workforce administration, international mobilities.
  • Participate in HR projects and continuous improvements of HR processes for better employee experience
  • Ensure HRSSC update procedures and KPI to make sure that processes are handled effectively, efficiently and in compliance with regulations and internal company policies.

 

Qualification        

  •   At least 2 years of HR experience
  • Client-focused, strong interpersonal and communication skills with basic advisory skills
  • Good problem solving skills and highly attentive to details, and some project management skills
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and maturity in handling highly sensitive information
  • Reliable and self-motivated, ability to prioritize and work independently and under pressure.
  • Basic advisory skills and good ‘interpersonal relations’ skills
  • Process oriented, ability to challenge the status quo and simplify processes
  • Well organized with eye for detail, strong sense of ethics with a focus on operational control
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and reporting analytics
  • Ability to think outside the box to bring new ideas to the team
