Job Description:

Details of the Division and Team:

The Implementation & Client Service Officer is dedicated to delivering an excellent client service experience, striving to enhance existing relationships through improved service and developing a service model and reputation that attracts new clients.  They deliver customer driven solutions which contribute to the profitability and growth of their dedicated client base.  They assist with client issues independently, proactively and efficiently to the satisfaction of the client, under the guidance of Client Service Managers(s) and Specialist(s).  They offer feedback to and share best practise with team members as required so that their individual and collective performance meets the current and future needs of the Bank.  In some cases they support preparation of on-boarding initiation, liaising with clients, Sales and Operations to obtain information to satisfy internal policies and external legal/regulatory frameworks.

 

             

Your key responsibilities:

  • You will be the main point of contact for Cash Management client on daily operation and service request.
  • Handle client’s inquiry on Accounts, Transactions , Internet Banking & other Cash Products related
  • Lead clients through end to end client implementation request and relevant support.
  • Collaboration with the client and coverage team to develop and execute an implementation plan, establishing clear expectations and providing transparency of timelines using project management principles and practices
  • Comfortable interacting with technology teams ( Product team, Technical support team)

 

Your skills and experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in Implementation or Client Service function, including client facing roles and preferably within Banking sector
  • Extensive working experience mainly in Client Service or Implementation of the Banking sector
  • Comprehensive knowledge in Cash Management and Transaction Banking
  • Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in Korean and English ( written / spoken)
