[업무내용]
You will:
- Create product configurations and estimates
- Prepare product configurations and quotations
- Technical inquiries on products and services, Prepare configuration drawings for proposed configurations. Calculate power specifications, sizing and weight of the proposed configuration.
- Request exception approvals for product support and escalate issues and improvement suggestions to the aligned Presales
- Provide technical assessment based on workload data of customer environment
- Support remote acquisition of system configuration and workload data from customer environment

[지원자격]
[필수 지원요건]
- A degree in computer science or related to IT
- General Knowledge on IT Infrastructure, Understanding on Interoperability & compatibility of hardware and interfaces
- Good Documentation and Presentation skill with MS PowerPoint
- English communication skill, above intermediate level as this is a global organization, you should be able to communicate with overseas staff (email, chat, Conference call).
- Proactive Team Project experience in University
[우대사항]
- Experience in IT infrastructure technology (1 year or more) as System Engineer.
- Certificate of IT industry
- A degree in computer science or related to IT
- General Knowledge on IT Infrastructure, Understanding on Interoperability & compatibility of hardware and interfaces
- Good Documentation and Presentation skill with MS PowerPoint
- English communication skill, above intermediate level as this is a global organization, you should be able to communicate with overseas staff (email, chat, Conference call).
