하나UBS자산운용에서는 UBS의 ‘Talent Incubation Program’하에 신입인재를 채용하여 우수한 글로벌 인재로 양성할 계획이며, 이번 채용에는 당사에서 주식운용본부의 Research Analyst를 경력목표로 하는 인재를 대상으로 발굴 계발하고자 합니다. 따라서, 채용 직후 UBS Singapore로 배치되어 UBS에서의 경력을 시작하여, 약 18개월 후 하나UBS자산운용으로 복귀하여 주식운용본부에서 Sector Analyst로써 경력을 계속하는 프로그램입니다. 본 프로그램을 통하여 해외에서 글로벌 노하우를 습득하고 경험할 수 있는 좋은 기회를 얻음과 동시에, 하나UBS자산운용이 아시아 최고의 자산운용사로 발전하는데 열정을 가지고 기여할 인재를 환영합니다.

1. 채용개요 및 응시자격

Position Summary

· Main role will be the sector analyst in research team with the official coverage on a certain sector

· Independently conduct research and analysis on sector and companies listed in KSE and KOSDAQ

· Develop investment strategy for the sector which he/she will cover

· Manage some data-sets regarding industry and company for in-depth coverage

· Build up earnings model to analyse companies effectively

· Support PMs by proactive communication with them

· Successful candidate will be trained across broad equity investment management and markets. This will include an understanding UBS Global AM investment processes, philosophy and portfolio construction

· Role scope may evolve in line with business requirements and aptitude of successful candidate

Primary Responsibilities/Function

· Undertake equity research on companies listed on KSE and KOSDAQ market

o Forecast earnings for each company based on the earnings model with industry and company data-sets

o Build-up and manage the data-set details regarding industry and company for efficient and accurate analysis

o Conduct company visits or interview with top management on each company covered 2~3 t times in a week

· Develop investment strategy

o Based on industry or company analysis, he / she should provide investment strategy on the sector proactively.

o The investment strategy should be shared between PMs through his / her proactive communication with PMs.

o He / She should continue to update investment opinion on the back of earnings change and specific issues which have significant impacts on companies covered.

· Support PMs and head of research

o He / She should provide investment ideas with PMs and head of research

· Collaborate with other analysts within the network to share insights and a framework for analysis of industry fundamentals and competitive environment.

· Intensify inter-divisional communication and cooperating with all members.

· Role will initially be located in Singapore Equities office with final location within 18 months in Seoul office
