1. 회사 소개
삼천리자산운용은 지난 2008년 설립 이후, 10여년 간 에너지인프라전문자산운용사로서 국내와 미국, 캐나다, 호주 등 해외의 다양한 에너지인프라자산을 발굴 및 국내 기관투자자 앞 펀드 설정을 하였습니다. 국내 삼천리그룹과 호주맥쿼리 그룹간의 조인트벤처로 설립된 이후, 현재는 삼천리 그룹 산하의 운용사로서 지속적으로 대체투자에 집중하고 있습니다. 현재, 약 20억달러 규모의 펀드를 운용하고 있으며, 국내 신재생, 발전, 북미 Upstream, Midstream, Power &Utilities 및 Renewable 및 유럽 주요국가의 Power & Utilities 및 Renewable 등 수익성과 안정성을 보유한 자산 발굴에 힘쓰고 있습니다.
2. 모집내용
■ 모집부문 : 운용본부 인턴사원
■ 인원 : O명
■ 담당업무
- Assist business evaluation through 1st review memo, investment memorandum and project teasers.
- Conduct ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative analysis related to investment project and asset management.
- Support communication with co-investment partners, overseas investment bankers, advisors, investment partners and sell-side counter-parties and drafting meeting minutes.
- Monitor Oil & Gas commodity price and Infrastructure market through Bloomberg platform.
- Support legal documents review and internal reporting.
- Perform other administrative tasks as necessary.
■ 근무지 : 서울특별시 영등포구 국제금융로6길 42, 삼천리빌딩
■ 인턴쉽 기간: 2020년 8월 초부터 [3~6개월간] / 협의 후 연장가능
3. 전형방법
