<지원 가능 후보군>

1. 은행 투자금융부 or 기업금융부 경력(ex>국내 시중은행 및 외국계은행 RM, PM, Syndication Team 및 KDB, KEXIM, IBK출신)

2. KICPA FAS Team 및 증권사 기업금융부, 투자금융부, 제조업 및 각종 기관 재무팀 지원가능

3. 자산운용사, NPS 기금운용본부, KIC, 대형 IB하우스 Alternative Investment, PI부서 투자전문가 지원가능

4. 영어로 내부 보고 및 문서 작성 능력 갖추어야됨

5. 신입직원 지원가능

Role & Responsibilities

1. Support to Generate revenue from existing and new client relationships, especially focusing on Korean Top Tier Corporate Clients, F.I., and Government Institutions & Fortune Top 500 Companies in the World

2. In Charge of Global Syndication, Infra Financing, and Collaboration with Overseas Branches & H.O.

3. Prepare Business Credit Application Part1 & the other Credit Materials to propose the investment execution

4 Monitor quality of loan portfolio(Account Inspection Report) & PF Loan Due Diligence Report, Post Loan Management

5. Assist Senior Staffs & Head of Corporate Banking & Investment Banking

6. Collecting Loan-Documents & KYC (Know Your Customer) Documents & AML(Anti-Money Laundry) Documents

7. Cash flow Analysis, Project Profitability Analysis, Project Site Due Diligence and Collaboration with Global Product Partners, Internal Stakeholders

8. Structuring new finance products and have good understanding on transactions(Corporate Finance & Project Finance & Structured Finance and M&A...)

9. Actively seek market intelligence and provide timely ground information for decision making(Research)

10. Optimizing financial products to customize the new demand from global financial markets & clients

Qualification

1. Excellent Academic Background, especially from the Finance, Accounting, International Law

=> The majority of staffs at Corporate Banking & Investment Banking have Degree from Global Top Tier Universities & Graduate Schools.

2. Native in English and Korean & Fluent in Chinese(Not Must)

3. Over 3 -10 years of Credit & Equity Analyst or Relationship manager for Global Corporate Clients at Banking or Finance Sector

=> Entry Level is also fine when the potential qualification is prepared(KICPA, CFA & FRM is plus)

4. In depth knowledge and understanding of banking products

- Corporate Finance (Bilateral & Syndicated Finance), Project Finance, Global Bond Investment, Structured Finance, ECA Finance, FX, Trade Finance, M&A, Infra Finance, and so on

5. Must be able to work independently and self-motivated

6. Excellent Credit Documentation Capability, using MS-Office

- Office Location: Seoul Finance Center 14F nearby Kwanghwamun Station

- Salary & Benefit Package: Negotiable up to Title, Market Competitive among Investment Banking Industry

- Title: Decided up to the previous background(Only similar background can be counted.)

- Permanent Job after probation period

- Must not have any problem for Business Trip or Expatriate Programs in Overseas

- 3rd Round: Submitting the Credit Analysis Report

- 4th Round: Happy Hour Interview for Actual Situations(to be skipped or not)

- 5th Round: Interview with Top Management

- 6th Round: Reputation Check & Health Check & Document Check

- Final Round: Starting Probation & Signing
