Department overview
We have an internship opening in the following department.
  • Human Resources provides general HR related services in connection with recruitment, staff movement, compensation & benefits, employee development & talent management, reward management, performance management, grievance handling and employee relations including handling of labor union etc. aligned with the regulatory and statutory aspects.  Responsible for HR policies and procedures and implementation of local HR strategies aligned to ING Group strategy.
 
Duties and responsibilities
  • HR administration work including payroll preparation, social charges and etc.
  • Supporting the general HR tasks - interview arrangement, holiday report update, headcount report & org chart update, HR invoice processing and etc.
  • Training arrangements
  • Issuance of certificates

What are the skill and qualification requirements of the role?
  • University student;
  • Advanced MS Office skills;
  • Fluent in English and Korean, both verbally and written;
  • Ability to communicate well and work with people in different department at all levels;
  • Willingness to learn and participate in activities; and
  • Open minded and eagerness to challenge.
