Role Summary:
1. GE Korea 연 order 목표 달성을 위한 GGO Korea commercial finance team 활동에 참여하여, GE 기업의 운영 방식 이해
2. 중장기 전략 및 계획 수립 과정에 대한 이해 와 실적 대비 분석을 통한 GE Finance 운영 방식 습득
3. 재무분석팀 활동 참여 및 support를 통해, 팀 운영 방식 습득 및 GE Finance 의 특성 이해
Essential Responsibilities:
수련과정 중에 일경험 수련생이 수행하게 될 업무의 내용:
8월: 마감을 통한 회계 지식 파악.목표 대비 Order 실적 관리를 위한 툴 습득 및 보고서 작성 방법 교육
전반적인 회사 운영 구조 및 GGO 운영 구조에 대한 이해
9월: 분기 마감 참여, 단기 계획 밑작업 support를 통한 GE planning process 교육
10월: GE 계열사 관계 파악 및 각각의 계열사 운영 특성 이해/보고
11월: 2017년 전략 및 운영 계획 보고를 위한 각종 자료 이해 및 계열사내 communication method 습득
12월: 분기 및 연마감 참여, 연 목표 대비 달성 보고서 작성 support를 통한 GE Finance 운영 방식 이해
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Preferred Major: University degree in business, finance, accounting or a related area
- Strong attention to detail and, good interpersonal & communication skills
- Quick learner – able to grasp new concepts and processes quickly; Ability to work well under pressure
- High proficiency level in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Fluent English in both verbal and written (preferred but not required)
