Fossil is a global design, marketing and distribution company that specializes in consumer fashion accessories.
Fossil's offerings include an extensive line of men's and women's fashion watches and jewelry in proprietary and licensed brands
(e.g. DKNY, EMPORIO ARMANI, DIESEL, & BURBERRY), handbags, small leather goods, belts, sunglasses, footwear and apparel.
[Digital Intern – E-Commerce]
Responsibilities:
- Identify and design E-Commerce Business plan across the key markets. This business would be complete P&L plan taking care of margins, discounts, taxes, COGS, marketing expenses and other operational expenses.
- Design the best practices model for our E-Commerce Business
- Build product strategy for e-Commerce esp. accounting for Online bestsellers, QRS styles, volume drivers and newness.
- Monitor the E-Commerce channels inventory level and prevent stock outs.
- Closely coordinate with Social media team to ensure the marketing strategy can integrate with the E-Commerce Business Plan thoroughly. Work on ensuring that output / result of each activity is tracked properly.
- Put up research from publicly available information on all above topics and test out hypothesis in real business scenarios.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master Degree or above, preferably Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital & Social Media or other related discipline
- High proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Passionate, creative, open-minded and good sense of humor
- Has a glimpse into retail or watch industry
Internship Period:
- July 2017 to September 2017
Business Projects Presentation and Evaluation
Digital related business projects to do further research, put into action and analyze results in business environment.
Winning Project Team will be awarded with certificate and testimonial
