Marketing Assistant Job Purpose:
Supports the marketing manager or director in carrying out various strategies and tasks. Compiles, analyses, and reports marketing data.
Supports in execution of marketing campaigns and processes within the marketing automation system and collaborate with campaign owner to brainstorm and collaborate on forward-thinking segmentation and nurturing campaign tactics.
Maintain and enhance client relationships by providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with internal stakeholders for customer inquiry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Supports the marketing manager or director in carrying out various strategies and tasks. Compiles, analyses, and reports marketing data.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Works under the direction of a marketing director and managers to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives
- Assists localization in creating promotional materials, including brochures, blogs, marketing copy, etc.
- Provides fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of mailers, website content, and other promotional materials
- Creates, analyses and edits customer, marketing data and NPS report
- Maintain and enhance excellent client relationships through customer service
- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer call inquiry.
- Works closely with all UTK department to resolve customer issue.
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding customer concerns.
- Manage customer FAQ list and answers to reduce the response time and to standardize the process
- Supports promotional events hosted by the company's marketing department
- Supports execution of marketing campaigns and processes within the marketing automation system(Eloqua)
- Manage the marketing campaign process in Eloqua, including planning, content, segmentation, deployment, reporting, testing, and optimization.
- Manage data including segmentation and reporting, testing and optimization.
- Create campaigns within platform including all associated pieces (email, landing page, lists, etc.)
- Analyze email campaign results including audience, offers, messaging, creative, deliverability, open rates, click through rates and conversion
