BAT Korea “Global Graduate Programme”
Our Global Graduate Programme is a one-year programme designed to help you embark on your journey from graduate to one of our leaders of the future. The Global Graduate Programme gives you the opportunity to broaden your horizons; offering you the chance to build foundations in your chosen function; opportunity to gain international exposure; and to work with colleagues from a wide diversity of backgrounds and cultures. It will prepare you for your first management position and allow you to make an early impact in your career. You will be in the driver’s seat the whole way – it will be up to you to take charge of your own development and manage your own career, but support and encouragement will be given every step of the way from managers and peers. Global Graduate Programme (이하 GGP)은 BAT만의 독특한 고속 관리자 육성 프로그램입니다. (※ GGP는 정직원입니다.)
- Global Graduate Programme의 구성요소
- 영국 본사 BAT Academy의 리더십 및 역량 개발 교육 지원
- 해당 부서의 집중적인 실무교육을 통해 초급관리자로서의 리더십 및 직무 역량 육성
- 소속되어 있는 부서 외의 타 부서 (1~2 부서) 순환 근무를 통한 비즈니스 통찰력 개발
- 사내의 상급 관리자로부터의 코칭 및 멘토링 지원

<전형 및 일정>
- 서류 접수: 2016년 7월 24일 (일) 23시 까지
- 적성평가 및 영어 회화능력 평가
- 1차 실무자 면접
- Assessment Centre (심층역량면접)
- 최종면접

<자격 조건>
- 2016년 8월 졸업예정자(단 2016년10월부터 근무 가능 자), 경력 3년 미만의 기 졸업자
- 한국어와 영어 능통 자, 해외 근무 가능 자
- 자기 계발에 주도적이며 진취적인 성격, 뛰어난 대인관계 능력을 바탕으로 한 팀워크의 소유자
