Position 1: CDP (Commercial Development Program) Recruiting
We are seeking a graduate for an exciting career in commercial for one of Dow’s businesses. This role is within the Commercial function, managing our business activity and relationship with our customers.
Initially, you will go through a 12 month development program within Dow Chemical Commercial Support. The program provides corporate orientation and practical skills to maximize career potential; provides valuable work experience and exposure to Dow to set you up for success as you begin your career. This entry-level development program has been recognized as one of the best in the industry.

 Who are we looking for? (Qualification)
CDP opens to RECENT graduates (who graduated February or August 2015 OR will graduate February 2016) with:

•  All education background welcome however preference will be given to those with technical degrees such as chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, marketing and business administration.
•  Passion for business
•  Interests in variety in job
•  High interpersonal skills
•  High degree of freedom and flexibility in designing your work week and how you go about developing and achieving your goals
•  Confidence to handle significant amount of responsibility and accountability early in your career
•  Willingness to travel
•  Want to use one’s technical degree
•  Language proficiency in English and Korean
•  Less than 1 year working experience

Position 2: MDP (Marketing Development Program) Recruiting
We are seeking a graduate for an exciting career in marketing for one of Dow’s businesses. This role is within the Commercial function, managing our business activity and relationship with our customers. Initially, you will go through 18 month development program within Dow Chemical Commercial Support of intense and structured training with rotational, hands-on assignments which will provide you with corporate orientation and the practical skills in order to fulfil your future role and maximise your career potential

MDP opens to RECENT graduates (who graduated February or August 2015 OR will graduate February 2016) with:


• Bachelor or Master degree holder in Engineering, Chemistry, Science, Marketing or Business Administration. (If you have a technical    major you will have a strong interest in using your technical knowledge to develop your commercial skills. For business majors you will have the drive and passion to gain knowledge and understanding of technical marketing and sales.)
•  Have a passion for customer relations and business success
•  Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communications skills
•  Have confidence to handle significant responsibility early in their career
•  Successfully work both as a team member and a leader
•  Demonstrate initiative and are able to work with minimal supervision
•  Language proficiency in English and Korean
•  Less than 1 year working experience
