The Technology Solutions Professional- Dynamics (“CRM Dynamics Pre Sales”) delivers the Industry context, deep product functionality coverage and technical expertise required for architecting complex line of business Dynamics solutions. A trusted advisor to customers, prospects, partners and colleagues, the TSP- Dynamics uses excellent communication and presentation skills to demonstrate the value and impact that Microsoft’s solutions can bring to its customers.
More than simply a product specialist, the TSP- Dynamics leads all technical aspects of the sales pursuit, engaging both business and technical decision makers, discovering their needs and challenging their thinking. The TSP- Dynamics is responsible for building winning technical pursuit strategies and teams and orchestrating resources within these team to maximize win rates. 2. Position

the Role: Partner Channel Marketing Manager (PCMM)
The OEM Partner/Channel Marketing Manager set’s the strategy and executes the marketing plans that results in the sales of Windows devices and related services/software, winning share from competitors and achievement of OEM business goals. In partnership with sales, this marketing professional develops effective and actionable quarterly account marketing plans and is responsible for excellence in execution for their assigned geography. This role successfully applies marketing programs within budget that maximize revenue and marketing ROI to achieve OEM and partner business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• End-to end Marketing Strategy-work in partnership with account sales and engineering teams to support the near and long-term account strategy and establish marketing priorities.
• Effective and actionable partner marketing account Planning-Negotiate and track the joint goals and the discretionary budget with the MNA partner and define the global and regional joint marketing priorities quarterly.
• Partner relationships-provide business leadership with a vision for mutual marketing success globally and across the regions.
• Marketing excellence in execution-manage the MNA partner relationships to execute sell-in and sell-through in close collaboration with worldwide field, sales and engineering teams.
• Organizational leadership-collaborate with sales and engineering leads on the account team on a frequent formal and informal basis to drive close alignment on strategies, tactics and execution at all levels of the account, engaging with regional sales and marketing to share information, confirm mutual goals, identify successes and challenges with execution, and reallocation of budget as needed.

Identifies, engages and build relationships with prospect’s key business and technical decision makers

Leverages fluent industry, customer, Microsoft, and competitor knowledge to develop winning technical sales pursuit strategy

Leverages the breadth of Microsoft’s offerings to augment the Dynamics solution and includes best of breed ISV solutions as needed

The TSP- Dynamics is responsible for ensuring that collateral provided by the Dynamics industry and centralized demo enablement teams is deliverable in the local subsidiary/region.

The TSP- Dynamics is responsible for building each pursuit technical strategy including architecting the proposed solution, selecting appropriate resources to involve, the selection of partner solutions to include and positioning the final solution presentation.

The TSP is the technical sponsor and trusted advisor for the prospect throughout the sales cycle and are responsible for ensuring that the solution design meets the customer needs and delivers business value outcomes.
