Global HR division at LG Electronics, HQ is looking for a ‘new grad’ who wants to grow as a global HR professional.
- You will work with subsidiary HR managers to implement and enforce human resources policies set by corporate HR to improve the overall operation and effectiveness
- You will learn various HR function/works from HR specialists(C&B, Performance management & etc) and business partners to grow as a HR professional
- Your focus is to support subsidiary HR managers and employees in all areas of HR operations, including various HR projects and HR routines like performance management, recruiting and etc
- You will also participate in various organizational and operational HR projects in Korea and also overseas.
- You will coordinate the activities, programs and strategic HR plans with other HR departments
- You need to learn the differences of domestic and international policies and programs and coordinate the integration of all such programs.
Our ideal candidate has
· Bachelor degree
· articulate communication skills in English : verbal & writing
· ability to recognize the needs of various stakeholders and strive to find the best HR support or solution
· good business understanding or ready to learn the business
· analytical skills and detail oriented
· assertiveness to push things forward in the desired direction
· Plus, if having Korean language skill or other language skill
Previous experience from the multinational company, or corresponding organizations, as well as experience from a multi-cultural working environment is considered as an advantage.
