Job Title
Trainee for CCG Department (12 month’s program at the minimum) in SG CIB Seoul Office. Job will commence as soon as the successful candidate is identified.
SG in Korea
SG opened a branch in 1983 through which it offers a full range of debt, advisory and corporate banking services. Dealing with the top local companies, its primary focus is structured financing, as well as market operations - Foreign Exchange or interest rates.
Principal assignment or reason for existence
Undertaking credit analysis on corporate counterparts assigned
Competencies required
1. Ability to quickly identify, analyze and assess credit risks of counterparties and perform counterparty risk analysis on an ongoing basis.
2. Good knowledge of accounting and financial analysis, financial market products (incl. derivative products) and financial risk management field.
3. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills (Korean and English).
4. Good organizational and time management skills to deal with multiple and sometimes conflicting demands and time constraints. Excellent adaptability and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment.
5. Willingness to support and practice continuous learning in the work place.
6. College graduate with accounting & finance background
Specific context of the position (environment, special features, etc.)
No work experience required (max. 2 year work experience)
Qualification
- Education: University degree
- Languages: Good command of English
- Computer Skills: Proficient PC skill (MS Office; Excel)
