로레알 코리아에서 아래와 같이 경력직 사원을 모집합니다.

 

1. Reason for Recruitment:  replacement    

2. Key Job Accountabilities 
   1)  Brand e-Commerce Sales management: 
-Sales Promotion Plan for brand e-commerce : monthly promotion
-Sales data Management: Sales forecast / Stock / Sales data 
-Cross & Up-selling across shopping experience including post-sale / Total costs of operations 
-Monitor & report E-Commerce business performance 
-Work with brand teams to ensure brand E-Commerce businesses are in line with brand’s positioning and objectives 
-Work with cross-functional team to optimize traffic using all levers (media, search, social, partnerships…) and ensure cross-channel synergies  
  
   2)  Brand digital marketing management: 
- Brand Website / mobile site maintenance: online event & KPI management 
-Digital marketing management: SEM / Display Ads / Target marketing (GDN) / KPI reporting
-Manage the external agencies and technical partners 
-Store conversions / Functionality & UI enhancements, 
-CRM : customer data base management / new purchaser / re-repurchase  

3. Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree of University 
Years of working experience: 3-5 years experienced in digital or eCommerce  
Experience
•3 to 5 years experienced in Brand E-Commerce or digital marketing Management 
•Previously managed brand eCommerce or eRetail Businesses
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Comfortable in communicating with different nationalities & different cultures in English
•Managed vendor partnerships 
•Cosmetic experience preferred  
Language :  English   
Other skills : OA Skills(PPT, EXCEL, WORD)
 

1. Reason for Recruitment  Replacement

2. Key Job Accountabilities  
   1) E-commerce key account management through operating vendors
- Drive sales, ensure profitability and growth of the e-retail / e-tail sites 
- Work with brand teams to ensure E-Commerce businesses are in line with brand’s positioning and objectives (including e-retail and e-tail, mobile commerce, social commerce etc.) 
- Merchandising / Assortment & Pricing / Communications / Operating Model / End-to-End Customer Experience
- Monitor the customer experience and purchase path to improve purchase rate (frequency, conversion, average order size) on all devices (web, mobile…) and provide data expertise to deploy & adapt the strategy 
- Set-up and optimize orders, payment, delivery with Supply Chain (internal/external) & finance 
- Manage the external agencies and technical partners
- Monitor & report E-Commerce business performance
- Sales planning (Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly)
- Monthly Sell in & Sell out planning
- Target management
- E-retail promotion planning and negotiation
- New launch products and exposure arrangement 
- Maximize space within e-retailer’s PR space 
  
   2) Sales forecasting and budget management
- Sales forecasting (Unit & Value) and spending planning (Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly)
- New launch and promotion sales forecasting
- Promotion spending and return budget management (P/L management) 
   
   3)Sales analysis
- Sell in, sell out, sales growth, stock analysis by vendor by main shopping mall
- Promotion performance analysis (ROI)
- Competitor performance analysis

3. Qualifications 
Education : 4 year university graduate  
Years of working experience: 3 years to max 7 year experience in business environment experience in Ecommerce (LG, Amore pacific, J&J, Nivea preferred)    
Experience: Cosmetic and Sales field preferred  
Language :  Moderate level of English in Speaking and writing 
Other skills 
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Strong on managing details of work in a multi-tasking environment
- Professional skill (Excel and Presentation)
- Time management skills
- Proactive and Enthusiastic
