Key Job Accountabilities
To define the local brand strategy in the local market in line with the international brand positioning; contribute
to growth by driving new product launches and pillar products.
• Oversee and guide brand development, manage portfolio priorities
• Listen to and develop a deep understanding of local consumers and generate new insights
• Monitor local trends and feedback findings to Zones / DMIs to ensure the perennity of new product development
• Take ownership of international launches and create the right angle of attack for success in the local market.
-Ownership and responsibility for supervising the entire process
• Manage the budget for all marketing expenses and the financial implications of forecasts
• Lead local adaptation of advertising materials; influence media and promotion recommendations
• Mobilize other departments to support marketing strategies (esp. sales & consumer advisory service)
• Recruit, develop and manage team. Ensure development of expertise and know-how in marketing team
Technical & Professional competencies required
• Knowledge of local retail dynamics and environment
• Financial knowledge (P&L, expansion analysis, sales forecasts)
• Advertising and media planning knowledge
• Research and market data analysis
• Experience in team management and good human management skills
• Fluent English both written & verbal
• In-depth sensitivity to beauty métier
• In-depth product knowledge

2. Key Job Accountabilities
- Develop a multi-channel e-commerce strategic roadmap across both direct and indirect (E-Retailers/Tailers)
- Drive innovation & pilot expansion areas in on-line retail opportunities through business case building and fact-based analysis, and get support from management & brand teams
- Work with brand teams to ensure E-Commerce businesses are in line with brand’s positioning and objectives (including e-boutiques, e-retail and e-tail, mobile commerce, social commerce etc.) across:
- Merchandising / Assortment & Pricing / Communications / Operating Model / End-to-End Customer Experience
- Work with brand teams to drive sales, ensure profitability and growth of the e-boutiques, e-retail / e-tail businesses
- Oversee performance & optimization of all E-Commerce operations including
- Store conversions / Functionality & UI enhancements,
- Operational inefficiencies or gaps (e.g. logistics, customer service, vendors)
- Cross & Up-selling across shopping experience including post-sale / Total costs of operations
- Work with brand teams to optimize traffic using all levers (media, search, social,partnerships…) and ensure cross-channel synergies
- Monitor the customer experience and purchase path to improve purchase rate (frequency, conversion, average order size) on all devices (web, mobile…) and leverage data to deploy & adapt the strategy
- Support selection & management of external agencies and technical partners
- Define, plan for & justify budget requirements of the brand in eCommerce
- Work with Regional & Local IT team members to be the Business User and represent the business needs in overseeing the implementation, maintenance, enhancements of E-Commerce platforms
- Manage the external agencies and technical partners

[RELATIONS]
- Partner closely with Brand, Digital & CRM teams / Partner closely with Regional & Local IT teams
- Partner closely with Regional Ecommerce Manager

- Growth of E-Commerce as a contributor to the total retail business
- Influence of E-Commerce as a contributor to counters & physical store sales
- Increased ROI realized across media, technology, production investments
- Adoption by brands of Recommended Actions
3. Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years experienced in Multi-Channel E-Commerce Management
- Previously managed Direct E-Commerce and Indirect (E-Retail/Tail) Businesses
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in communicating with different nationalities & different cultures in English
- Highly collaborative personality
- Worked on Demandware or other Enterprise E-Commerce technology platform is a plus
- Managed distribution partnerships with major E-Retailers/Tailers

- Age Range (Preferred) : 32-37 Experience: 9-10years experience in marketing
- Language : Fluent English verbal & written
