[Full JD]
Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university or college in business, economics, engineering, marketing, or other related field
Under 5 years of professional work experience in a role requiring analytical problem solving, preferably within strategic management consulting and/or strategy teams of multi-business corporations
Logical & clear thinker with an ability to focus on the 'critical few' issue/priorities
Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, and team building skills; proven ability to work well in a matrixed environment
Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, familiar with large data sets management
Ability to find and interpret broad spectrum of market research to generate business insights, and recommend GE competitive strategies
Ability to work independently, under time pressure and effectively juggle multiple projects at one time
Integrity: accepting and adhering to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others
Fluent English in verbal and written
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office

[Desired Characteristics]
Strategic management consulting experience is preferred, but not required
Able to build a connection to key stakeholders and establish credibility quickly
Industrial knowledge and/or networks preferred
