b. Summary of job contents
This function will be strategically very important to Company A to facilitate the future growth of our Solutions business. The function is a key support function to Sales and responsible for the execution of customer solutions projects, keeping time and costs in mind.
c. Job Description (main tasks):
Lead the Cluster Engineering Centre North Asia, which encompasses a team spread around the Cluster
Support the acquisition of Customer Solutions projects
Collaborate/interface with the ISM sales manager in order to reach the customer solutions sales & profitability targets
Lead the engineering team to establish quick response times for quotations and maintain a high level of quality
Execute customer solutions projects, which is End-To-End, i.e. from enquiry to delivery
Handle transfer projects from other regions to North Asia
Achieve customer solutions total costs targets for the cluster North Asia
Lead planning process for the Customer Solutions in North Asia (Investment & Resource Planning), budgeting, mid-range plan.
Lead continuous organizational development of the CEC
