Job Title
1 Trainee for MARK – Global Markets Division (12 month’s program at the minimum) in SG CIB Seoul Office. Job will commence as soon as the successful candidate is identified.

*    Principal assignment or reason for existence
·    Assist Senior Sales by researching and preparing reports for clients/internal use. Eventually help resolve operational issues or booking issues

*    Main responsibilities

·         Supporting the client relationship
1. Sending deal details to client via confirmation.
2.  Developing sales and marketing material with Senior Sales supervision and guidance.
3.  Assisting Senior Sales in client meetings and marketing.
 
·         Assisting Development of Marketing/Sales
1. Preparing periodical reports to update the recap, market alterations.
2. Keeping up with miscellaneous market issues.
3.  Providing support for execution of concluded deals.

·         Following up deal (from booking to settlement)
1.      Inputting deals done by Senior Sales, reconciling between the system and the client
2.      Solving booking problems with B/O, M/O.
3.      Checking and clarifying discrepancy of position and P/L with trader and M/O

 
·         Global FX daily recap / Korea Market daily recap(USDKRW spot/swap/CRS, KRW IRS) / Monthly recap

·         Monitoring Insurance data (Korean paper, structured Notes, DLS)

·         Gathering  calculation of CVA cost, CVaR limit consumption each traded deals(for keeping calculation results)

·         Recording  Blotter(details of traded deals and lost deals)

·         Other administrative tasks
 

*      Degree of autonomy
Supervised closely by manager, after receiving training on all the major duties, the trainee is expected to become gradually independent and be able to perform numerous tasks alone rapidly.
