* Company: CBRE Global Investors Korea (씨비알이 글로벌인베스터스 자산운용(주))
Principal Duties:
To perform the Asset Management function of all properties owned or managed by company and its subsidiaries including:
(a) formulating and implementing asset and property management policies and guidelines of all assets to ensure best practices;
(b) setting, controlling and monitoring budgets of all assets;
(c) supervision and co-ordination of property managers, lawyers, bankers and other subcontractors;
(d) preparing management reports on a regular and timely basis; and
(e) to do what is necessary to ensure the optimum return of all assets
*To perform such other duties as may be delegated and required from time to time
[Job Requirements]
* 3-5 years of experience in real estate investment or asset management.
* Fluency in English / Korean (written and spoken)
* Strong financial analytical skills with an eye for details (cash flow analysis, budgeting, etc)
* Registered fund manager license (General or Real Estate) preferred
* Degree in real estate, finance, or related discipline preferred
