* The International Associate (IA) program is specially crafted to provide fresh graduates with exciting and challenging experiences. Our job scope revolves around a fast-paced yet demanding environment that requires keen market foresight, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities. A background in Human Resources or experience is not a must.

· Excellent proficiency in English and Korean

· Effective communicators with good interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior candidates, regional leaders and colleagues
*Job description:
· Provide research for search assignments, conduct market mapping, gather and collect detailed information specific to identified pool of talent
· Take initiative in partnering senior and regional consultants, to assist with setting search scope and prioritizing their research needs
· Develop creative approaches to sourcing information, and deliver ‘out of the box’ solutions
· Produce compelling profile reports on research findings important for customers’ sound talent acquisition decision making
· Update and maintain internal integrated executive search database
