We are currently looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual, experienced in sales to join us as a Proposal Associate:
 
Job summary:
 
-Provides sales support activities for institutional clients
-Prepares sales tools and reports
-Works closely with sales managers and analysts to support sales business
-Constantly touches base with clients, following up on queries and requests
-Works under general supervision of the team head, reporting to the Head of Sales
 
Responsibilities:
 
1) Preparation of Sales materials and Reports
•       Produces regular and customized reports for institutional clients
•       Prepares/updates presentation materials
•       Proceeds on-boarding for discretionary accounts which includes preparation of Investment Management Agreement(IMA)
 
2) Communication with Clients
•       Communicates with clients from account set-up, daily account management related issues and to account closure
•       Follows up on client queries and requests which involves constant liaison between clients and other Bus

Qualifications
 
•       Minimum bachelor's degree or above
•       At least 1 year of experience in financial industry, preferably asset management company
•       Background knowledge on fund market, industry and product
•       Degree in Economics or Business Administration preferred
•       Detail-oriented, diligence, willingness and drive to work in sales department
•       Experience using Bloomberg, Thomson, and Apex is a plus
•       Advanced MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•       Good command of English and Korean in written as well as verbal
•       Good interpersonal skills
•       Organizational skills
•       Ability to assess a problem quickly and determine to what level it should be escalated
•       Ability to manage stress under pressure
