SG opened a branch in 1983 through which it offers a full range of debt, advisory and corporate banking services. Dealing with the top local companies, its primary focus is structured financing, as well as market operations - Foreign Exchange or interest rates.


Job Title:

Trainee for Operations Department (6 months program at the minimum) in SG CIB Seoul Office.

Job will commence as soon as the successful candidate is identified.

1.  POSITION OBJECTIVE
 1) Accurate and timely processing of all transactions related to OPER job
 2) Observe Societe Generale procedure manuals correctly

2.  PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  1) Creation of application into ARMS
  2) Settlement of FX transactions with Securities Company
  3) Sending of fx confirmation to Corp. client, if any request by GSC team
  4) Sorting  and dispatching of Swift message
  5) Filing all dealing slips
  6) Daily regulatory reporting related to remittance transaction
  7) Collection of consent letter from a new client
  8) Supporting of SIN-Hub/GSC team
  9) Collateral settlement related to CSA business

REPORTS TO :  Local Head of OPER/OTC/SAB   


Requirements:

•   Able to work under pressure and deal with exposure to risk

•   Result oriented, determined and able to make dependent decision

•   Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel

•   Fluent English + Korean and other language is a plus

•   Financial instrument knowledge is a plus
