[Petra Capital Management -Junior Analyst ]

Petra Capital Management is seeking a dynamic Junior Analyst who will join a growing team of investment professionals with an outstanding track record of success in Asia and a network of investors around the world.  The Junior Analyst will be based in Seoul, Korea, and will take an active role in identifying and executing undervalued investing opportunities in the Korean equity market.  

 
[Responsibilities]

1. Conduct in-depth company and industry research

2. Perform due diligence and financial analysis

3.  Build and use financial models for financial valuation, discounted cash flow and multiples based on analysis

4. Prepare written materials to support engagements and marketing efforts

5. Prepare transaction documents and memorandums

6. Participate in transaction executions

[Candidate must possess the following background and skill sets]

1. A college degree from top-tier academic institutions

2. An investment asset manager license

3. A well-rounded academic background with coursework in finance, account or economics is recommended

4. Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines and have the aptitude to synthesize large amount of information and develop innovative solutions

5. Willingness to work long hours and be a team player

6. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills

7. High motivation and attention to detail

8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

9. Proficiency in English and Korean
