The HongKong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited Seoul Securities Branch is looking for full time MBA Associate level position.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Valuation, coordination of other counsels to conduct/ execute live transactions for both M&A and ECM
Industry analysis, Meet various requests made by clients during the execution of transaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Assist senior banks to originate deals by drafting of pitchbooks, run valuation models, conduct industry research, target research and etc
-Liaise directly with clients to help them consummate transaction, help support client's internal documentation.
-Actively managing the transaction process with bankers, accountants, lawyers and consultants
-Participate in the due diligence process, help assist client to conduct commercial due diligence.
-Monitoring and analyzing the operating and financial performance of portfolio companies

QUALIFICATIONS:
-MBA degree and Fluent English Speaker is a must
-Relevant finance experience required with an understanding of financial analysis, the M&A process and valuation techniques
-Superior modeling skills, with an ability to build dynamic valuation, M&A and comparables models
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on sound business judgment
