Our company, Ace I&M Consulting is based out of Seoul, and we focus in structuring business development deals in Russia and CIS countries. 저희 회사는 Russia의 현지 고위 공무원 및 Law Maker들과 국내외 전 현직 IB Bankers & Private Equity 이사진들로 구성 되어있는 투자 및 Deal Developer for Russia and CIS countries concentrating in natural resource sector, government guaranteed infrastructure projects and other spot opportunity financial and project development deals.

Currently, we are working on several deals and one particular is with Primorsky Krai(Maritime Province(극동 지역) of Russian Federation) in cultivating and developing renewable bio mass alternative energy resource deal, wood pellet, with Korean utility companies and conglomerates trading and energy companies. The deal size is around 80Million USD. We have signed MOUs from our Russian partners and in the process of completing the feasibility study and signing of MOUs with strategic and financial investors. We look to complete the deal by 2013 spring. For your reference, due to Korean government’s mandated RPS regulation, conglomerate trading and utility companies are looking for wood pellet investment potentials and long term off take contracts.

Position: We are looking for interns with the capacity to develop analytical research model, to develop, design investment scheme structures, and to develop financial models. We would like to find energetic college senior students/graduates and MBA students/graduates looking to work and to learn Private Equity end to end deal development to the execution and finishing of the investment cycle.
