Eastbridge Partners is a private equity firm based in Seoul and Singapore with a cumulative AUM of $1.5bn, primarily focused on buyout and growth capital opportunities in South Korea and SE Asia.

We are seeking a qualified investment professional with 2-4 years of relevant experience to join our investment team in Seoul as an analyst/associate.

Job Description

• Industry and target company analysis
• Management of due diligence process
• Financial modeling and preparation of marketing materials/documents
• Portfolio company management and implementation of value-up initiatives
• Drafting of various reports and miscellaneous documents

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 2~4 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, M&A advisory, consulting
• Language: Fluency in Korean and English (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
