Job profile
The customers of RGP Korea Ltd. are restaurants that do home delivery. The Lead Research Analyst is responsible for researching customers (so-called “leads”) and developing an efficient research-process. He/she will collect the customer information and have them entered into the CRM database. This might also involve working with outsourcing companies. A constant analysis of the quality of the customer data and adapting the processes of building the database in a time and cost efficient way is crucial.
Job functions:
- Conducting market-&customer-research
- Developing the process for identifying target customers (leads)
- Identifying different sources of customers (online, offline) and the most systematic method to collect this data,
- Setting up contractors or a local team to collect and check this data cost effectively
- Checking the quality of the customer database before uploading to Salesforce (CRM software program)
- Checking Salesforce reports and analyze results (accurateness, time and cost efficiency, data updates)
- Performing general research and analysis:
- Estimating the number of customers in each city in Korea
- Analyzing the order history to see if there is a correlation to external factors
- Researching the strategies and results of competitors and companies in similar industries.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years working experience in a data driven environment
- Research and analytical skills
- Good MS Excel skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication and delegation skills
- Logical approach to problem solving
- Basic English skills
