Junior Trader, Analyst (Market Business Dept)

[Job Responsibilities]
- Manage FX spot/forward position as a junior trader
- Price, execute and hedge FX products to internal and external clients
- Support FX option/Rates derivatives position management
- Maximize profitability by taking appropriate market risk while complying with the risk limits and product mandates
- Ensure compliance with abiding by regulatory policies, standards and business principles
- Driven to develop strong capability in FX/Derivatives of G10 and Asian CCYs
- Make relevant reports to regional head office/risk control department
- Manage operational and administrative tasks of trading desk
[Job Requirements]
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, degree in economics, mathematics and finance preferred
- University graduate or maximum 3 years of experience in the related field
- Experience in FX/Derivatives trading
- Understanding of FX/Derivatives and strong quantitative proficiency
- Superb team player, team focused and willing to be part of a team culture
- Healthy risk appetite and fast decision making ability
- Ability to work under stressful and time critical conditions
- Accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail in aspects of work product
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- CFA, FRM holder preferred
