Job Description
ü Mainly supporting Retail and Wholesale operation.
ü Invoice wholesales to dealers and stock transfer among dealers in DSS
ü Make wholesale report and electronic invoices report daily.
ü Review sales allowance and validate documentation and data
ü Support BC for online sales contracts, stocks and dealer communication
ü Support for Incoming and B/L handling
ü Support DMS Next development
Qualification
ü General understanding of automotive industry and sales
ü Precise on numeric tasks
ü Communicative capabilities with high team working skills, high grade of personal initiative and autonomy capacity.
ü Strategic and analytical thinking.
ü Fluent in the English language in speaking and writing.
ü Efficient time management and work handling skills with flexibility
ü Good skills at handling office programs (MS Office, MS Excel etc.)
