Job Title : Sr. Product Manager (Marketing Position, 과/차장급)

Job Description :

ü  To develop and implement short-term tactical sales promotion strategies as well as Brand/Product strategies

ü  To work across all elements of the marketing mix and use appropriate channels of communication to develop strategic marketing plan

ü  To work productively with external agencies and cross functional groups within the organization

ü  To builds strong network with key opinion leaders and monitor industry developments impacting business

ü  To design and execute Professional Education programs

ü  To develop innovative marketing programs based on brand/product strategies and implements through sales team

Qualification :

ü  An MBA or advanced degree with concentration in Marketing

ü  Strong track record in sales and marketing (in healthcare industry-medical devices or pharmaceutical)

ü  Extensive experience in the design and execution of new market entry and competency to Identify opportunities for new business, develop actions and strategy to realize the opportunity with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. 

ü  Ability to develop and manage customer relationships (in healthcare industry)

ü  Possess outstanding communication and influencing skills in both Korean and English.

ü  Strong negotiation skills and organization skills

ü  Ability to prioritize and multi task with attention to detail to problem solve

ü  Self-motivated, Energetic

2. 전형방법

- 1차: 서류전형

- 2차: 면접전형 (2회)
